How I Work

I think it is really important for you to get a feel for how I work before deciding whether I am the right person for your job, a good working relationship is paramount to a fantastic finished project.

  • Get ahead of the game

    I love organized clients. I tend to work between 2-4 weeks in advance of projects starting, so the sooner you contact me, the quicker I can set things in motion for you.

  • Project brief

    All great projects start with a project brief, we especially love those that have already thought about budgets and timescales.

    A good starting point for all new clients is always my Website Worksheet form which will guide you through some questions which will help me gain enough insight into your project to get the ball rolling.

  • Start sketching

    Every project begins here, no matter whether it's a website brainstorm, logo, or event poster. Rough sketches, doodles and wireframes become the first backbone of your project before moving into digital files.

  • The Digital Life

    I use Free Agent Central as an online accounting, a system that has worked consistently well for me over the last 2 years, my clients love the ease of having all their invoices to hand and being able to pay for invoices quickly and easily with any major credit card, 24/7.

  • Jargon

    I don't believe in tying anyone in knots with any of our correspondence, you'll find all of our communication easy to understand and to the point.

    My payment terms vary per project as it depends on many factors however a general rule of thumb is two lots of 60% and 40%, with the final 40% being paid upon project completion and the initial 60% at the start of the project.
